WhatsApp Working on Usernames Feature
According to Wabatinfo, a website that tracks WhatsApp’s development, the messaging platform is currently working on a new username feature. This feature will be located in the Profile section of the Settings tab and will enable users to choose a unique username, similar to those used on Instagram and Twitter.
